FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS 1984 - REG 12CB

                For the purposes of paragraph 67N (3) (b) of the Act, the following Departments and Commonwealth instrumentalities are prescribed:

                (a)    Department of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs;

               (b)    Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade;

                (c)    Department of Health and Family Services;

               (d)    Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs;

                (e)    Centrelink;

                (f)    Department of Veterans' Affairs;

                (g)    Australian Institute of Family Studies;

                (h)    Child Support Agency;

                (j)    Medicare Australia.
