FAMILY LAW (HAGUE CONVENTION ON INTERCOUNTRY ADOPTION) REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 24D
Time for instituting appeal
An appeal mentioned in regulation 24B must be instituted:
(a) within the time prescribed by the Rules of Court; or
(b) within a further time that is allowed by the Rules of
Court.
