FAMILY LAW (HAGUE CONVENTION ON INTERCOUNTRY ADOPTION) REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 24B
Appeals may be made to Full Court of Family Court of Australia
(1) An appeal may
be made to a Full Court of the Family Court from a decision of the Family
Court:
(a) constituted by a single judge; and
(b) exercising jurisdiction under subregulation 24A (1).
(2) Jurisdiction
is conferred on the Family Court for appeals instituted under subregulation
(1).
