Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A responsible Central Authority or person, institution or other body that has made an application under subregulation 14 (1), (2) or (3) may make a further application for an order mentioned in those subregulations.
(2) An application under subregulation (1) must be in accordance with Form 2 in Schedule 2 to the Family Law Rules 2004 .
