Supplementary powers to form companies etc. (Act s 39B)(1) For subparagraphs 39B(1)(b)(i) and (2)(b)(i) of the Act, each item of Schedule 1B specifies a company.
(2) For subparagraphs 39B(1)(b)(ii) and (2)(b)(ii) of the
Act, each item of Schedule 1B specifies objects or proposed activities
of the company specified in the item.
