FEDERAL COURT (BANKRUPTCY) RULES 2005 - REG 6.01

Definition for Part 6

                In this Part:

"relevant person" means a relevant person within the meaning of section 81 of the Bankruptcy Act.

Note     Examinable person is defined in subsection 5 (1) of the Bankruptcy Act.
