FEDERAL COURT (CORPORATIONS) RULES 2000 - REG 5.3
Application for leave to apply for winding up in insolvency (Corporations Act s 459P (2))
An application for leave to apply to the Court for an order that a company be
wound up in insolvency may be made at the same time as the application for an
order that the company be wound up in insolvency is made.
