FEDERAL COURT (CORPORATIONS) RULES 2000 - REG 2.6

                An affidavit must be in a form that complies with:

                (a)    the rules of the Court; or

               (b)    the rules of the Supreme Court of the State (if any) or Territory (if any) where the affidavit was sworn or affirmed.
