Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Upon an application and affidavit or statement of claim being filed, the Registrar on the applicant's request shall sign, and affix the seal of the Court to, a sufficient number of copies of the application for service and proof of service.
(2) The serial number of the proceeding shall be endorsed on each document.
