FEDERAL COURT RULES - ORDER 4 RULE 12

Alteration of hearing date

                If a date for hearing has been obtained or made, the Court may:

                       (a)    alter the date for hearing to a later date; and

                      (b)    authorise the legal practitioner for a party to make corresponding alterations in any copy for service of any application or notice.
