FOREIGN ACQUISITIONS AND TAKEOVERS REGULATIONS 1989 - REG 9

Condition relating to prescribed foreign investor

                For paragraph 17E (1) (a) of the Act, the condition to be satisfied by an entity is that the entity is:

                (a)    a US national; or

               (b)    a US enterprise.
