ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 4

                For subsection 8 (4) of the Act, subsection 8 (1) of the Act does not apply to a law of the Commonwealth specified in Schedule 1 in an item that specifies subsection 8 (1) in column 3.
