EXTRADITION (SWEDEN) REGULATIONS - REG 4

The Act applies in relation to Sweden subject to the Treaty between Australia and Sweden concerning Extradition that came into force on 10 March 1974 (being the treaty a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 1) as amended by:

(a)

the Protocol between Australia and Sweden amending that Treaty that came into force on 6 October 1985 (being the protocol a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 2); and

(b)

the Protocol between Australia and Sweden amending that Treaty done at Canberra on 11 May 1989 (being the protocol a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 3).
