EVIDENCE REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 7A

                For paragraph 128 (13) (b) of the Act, the following provisions are prescribed for subsection 128 (12) of the Act:

                (a)    section 128 of the Evidence Act 2008 (Vic);

               (b)    section 11 of the Evidence Act 1906 (WA);

                (c)    section 128 of the Evidence Act 2001 (Tas).
