ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 9.02

         (1)   This Part applies to:

                (a)    the Coral Sea Islands Territory; and

               (b)    the Territory of Christmas Island; and

                (c)    the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

         (2)   However, this Part does not apply to a Commonwealth reserve.
