ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 7.08

         (1)   This regulation sets out the particulars of an action of which a person must notify the Secretary under the following provisions of the Act:

                (a)    paragraph 199 (2) (b);

               (b)    paragraph 214 (2) (b);

                (c)    paragraph 232 (2) (b);

               (d)    paragraph 256 (2) (b).

         (2)   The particulars are:

                (a)    the time and place of the action; and

               (b)    the circumstances that led to the action; and

                (c)    the number of members of each species affected by the action; and

               (d)    the consequences of the action.
