ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 5.07

                For paragraph 156A (3) (a) of the Act, a request under subsection 156A (1) of the Act must be:

                (a)    made in writing or electronically; and

               (b)    given or sent to the Department.
