ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 5.01

Purpose of Division 5.1

                For section 86 of the Act, this Division sets out:

                (a)    what information the designated proponent of an action, or a person proposing to take an action, must give to the Minister; and

               (b)    how the information is to be given.
