EXTRADITION (TRANSNATIONAL ORGANISED CRIME) REGULATIONS 2004 - REG 9

Application of the Act -- Trafficking Protocol

                The Act applies, subject to the Trafficking Protocol, to an extradition country mentioned in regulation 6.
