EVIDENCE AND PROCEDURE (NEW ZEALAND) REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 10
Australian courts whose officers may assist New Zealand courts
Each of the courts mentioned in Column 3 of an item in Part 4 of Schedule 1 of
the State or Territory mentioned in Column 2 of that item is a specified court
for the purposes of paragraph 36 (2) (b) of the Act.
