Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subsection 114 (3) of the Act, the prescribed period is 1 month from the date of the notice under paragraph 114 (3) (a) of the Act.
(2) For subsection 114 (4) of the Act, the request must:
(a) be made in the approved form; and
(b) be accompanied by satisfactory evidence of:
(i) the assignment of the interest in the design; or
(ii) the person's interest in the design by devolution by will or by operation of law.
