DESIGNS REGULATIONS 2004 - REG 9.03
Amendments of Register to record changes of ownership(1) For subsection 114(3) of the Act, the prescribed period is 1 month from the date of the notification under paragraph 114(3)(a) of the Act.
(2) For subsection 114(4) of the Act, the request must:
(a) be made in the approved form; and
(b) be accompanied by satisfactory evidence of:
(i) the assignment of the interest in the design; or
(ii) the person's interest in the design by devolution by
will or by operation of law.
