DESIGNS REGULATIONS 2004 - REG 5.07

                For subsection 68 (3) of the Act, the notice must:

                (a)    be in the form of a notice published in the Official Journal ; and

               (b)    include the following details in relation to the design:

                          (i)    the registration number;

                         (ii)    the date on which the design was revoked.
