DEFENCE (PERSONNEL) REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 86
Termination of enlisted member's enlistment for absence without leave
The Chief of an enlisted member's Service may terminate the enlisted member's
service in the Defence Force if the enlisted member has been absent without
leave for a continuous period of more than 3 months.
