DEFENCE (PERSONNEL) REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 84
Termination of appointment of officer for absence without leave
The Governor‑General may terminate an officer's service in the Defence
Force if the officer has been absent without leave for a continuous period of
more than 3 months.
