Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A Chief may transfer a member of the Chief's Service to another Service.
(2) A transfer has no effect unless:
(a) the member has consented to the transfer; and
(b) the Chief of the other Service has approved the transfer.
(3) The Chief of the other Service must specify the conditions in accordance with which the transfer is to take place.
