DEFENCE (PERSONNEL) REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 24
Oath or affirmation on enlistment
A person must, before being accepted for enlistment:
(a) take the oath set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2; or
(b) make the affirmation set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2.
