Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A Chief may appoint temporarily an enlisted member of the Chief's Service to be an officer of a specified rank of the Chief's Service.
(2) The Chief of the enlisted member's Service may extend the period of the appointment.
(3) The Chief of the enlisted member's Service may terminate an appointment under subregulation (1) at any time.
