DEFENCE (INQUIRY) REGULATIONS 1985 - REG 50

                Subject to these Regulations, a Court of Inquiry:

                (a)    shall conduct its inquiry without regard to legal forms;

               (b)    is not bound by any rules of evidence; and

                (c)    may inform itself on any matter relevant to its inquiry in such manner as the Court thinks fit.
