Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Minister may, by instrument, appoint a person or persons, as the case may require, qualified to practise law in the participating country or in each of the participating countries, to assist a Combined Board of Inquiry.
(2) For the purposes of these Regulations, a person appointed under subregulation (1) has the powers, duties and status of a legal practitioner.
(3) Nothing in this regulation limits the application of regulation 51 in relation to Combined Boards of Inquiry.
