Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the Minister shall, in the instrument appointing a Combined Board of Inquiry, appoint one of the members of the Board to be the President of the Board.
(2) The Minister may appoint 2 or more members of a Combined Board of Inquiry to be Presidents of the Board.
