Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsWhere the President of a General Court of Inquiry considers that any evidence given before the Court may affect a person who was not present or represented before the Court when the evidence was given, the President may:
(a) forward to the person a copy of the relevant evidence; and
(b) inform the person of the right of that person:
(i) to apply to the President to appear before the Court; and
(ii) to submit to the Court any written statement that the person thinks fit relevant to the inquiry.
