Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Chief of the Defence Force may, by instrument, delegate to any person, either generally or in relation to a particular locality specified in the instrument of delegation, the power conferred upon him by this Part, so that the delegated power may be exercised, either generally or in relation to that locality, as the case may be, as fully and effectually by the delegate as by the delegant.
(2) A delegation under this regulation is revocable at will and does not prevent the exercise by the delegant of the delegated power.
