Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsAt the request of the Minister or of a Registrar of Deaths, a person shall furnish to the Registrar of Deaths specified by the Minister in the request or to the Registrar making the request, as the case may be, such particulars as are known to, or can reasonably be ascertained by, that person of the identity of a member of the Defence Force with respect to whose body directions are given under this Part.
