Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person is guilty of an offence if the person makes a false statement in an affidavit or declaration sworn or made under this Part.
Penalty: 1 penalty unit or imprisonment for 3 months.
(2) This regulation does not affect the liability of a person under any other law.
