Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of subsections 195 (1) and (2) of the Act, the prescribed fee for the supply of a copy of the record of the proceedings of a trial is:
(a) where the number of pages copied does not exceed 50 -- $12; or
(b) where the number of pages copied exceeds 50 -- $12 plus 10 cents for each page copied in excess of 50.
