Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of paragraph 101K (14) (a) of the Act, each of the following classes of persons is prescribed, namely, officers, warrant officers and non‑commissioned officers (not below the rank of sergeant or equivalent), other than service policemen or members who hold a rank below the rank held by the investigating officer conducting the interview in respect of which that paragraph is applied.
(2) In subregulation (1), investigating officer has the same meaning as in Part VI of the Act.
