DEFENCE (AREAS CONTROL) REGULATIONS 1989 - REG 18

(1)

Where:

(a)

a building or object is on land when the land becomes affected land; and

(b)

the building or object is removed or marked under these Regulations; and

(c)

a person suffers loss or damage, or incurs expense, because of the removal or marking;

the Commonwealth must pay to the person compensation for the loss, damage or expense.

(2)

The amount of compensation payable under this regulation is to be decided by the Minister.
