COPYRIGHT TRIBUNAL (PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 40B
Prescribed period for purposes of subsection 161 (2) of the Act
For the purposes of subsection 161 (2) of the Act, the prescribed period is 28
days from the date on which the Tribunal gave its decision.
