CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 7A
Limitation on powers of SSAT (Act s 103T (3))
Subsection 103T (1) of the Act does not apply to the following:
(a) a provision of the Act mentioned in Part 1 of Schedule
3;
(b) a provision of the Assessment Act mentioned in Part 2 of
Schedule 3.
