CORPORATIONS (FEES) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 3

                The fee prescribed for sections 5 and 6 of the Act for a chargeable matter set out in Schedule 1 is the fee specified in Schedule 1 for that matter.

Note    Other fees are set out in regulations 5 and 6.
