CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.9.63G
Confirmation of transaction--disposal of financial product(1) For paragraph 1017F(8)(d) of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to the confirmation of a transaction that is the disposal of a financial product.
(2) The confirmation must include the amount paid or payable to
the holder as a result of the disposal.
