CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.9.17

    This Division applies in relation to the following entities:

  (a)   a regulated superannuation fund;

  (b)   an approved deposit fund;

  (c)   a pooled superannuation trust;

  (d)   an RSA.
