CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.9.16J

                This Division applies to:

                (a)    superannuation products other than:

                          (i)    self-managed superannuation funds; and

                         (ii)    superannuation products that have no investment component (also known as risk-only superannuation products); and

                        (iii)    annuities (except market-linked annuities); and

                        (iv)    non-investment or accumulation life insurance policies offered through a superannuation fund; and

               (b)    managed investment products.
