Small scale offerings of managed investment and other prescribed financial products (20 issues or sales in 12 months) For paragraph 1012E(1)(b) of the Act, interests in
financial products covered by paragraph 764A(1)(ba) of the Act (which
deals with financial products in relation to certain managed investment
schemes that are not registered schemes) are prescribed.
