CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7.6.04A

Exemptions to notification of authorised representatives

                For paragraph 916F (1AA) (d) of the Act, each of the following financial products is prescribed:

                (a)    a general insurance product;

               (b)    a basic deposit product;

                (c)    a facility for making non-cash payments that is related to a basic deposit product;

               (d)    a consumer credit insurance product;

                (e)    a cash management trust interest;

                (f)    an FHSA product.
