Acceptance of offers made under off - market bid For paragraph 653A(b) of the Act, if the operating rules
of a prescribed CS facility require an acceptance of an offer to which
paragraph 653A(a) applies to be made in a particular way, to the extent
that the acceptance relates to the securities in the offer, the acceptance
must be made in that way.
