CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 5.6.57

    The liquidator in a winding up by the Court may:

  (a)   administer an affirmation or oath; and

  (b)   take an affidavit;

for the purposes of the liquidator's duties in relation to admitting a debt or claim.
