CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 2K.2.02

                For paragraph 265 (5) (b) of the Act, the period in which a certificate to the effect set out in paragraph 265 (4) (b) of the Act must be produced to ASIC is 90 days after the notice is lodged.
