CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 2C.1.01

                For subsection 170 (3) of the Act, prescribed financial market means any of the following:

                (a)    Australian Stock Exchange Limited;

               (b)    Bendigo Stock Exchange Ltd;

                (c)    National Stock Exchange of Australia Limited.
