Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For paragraphs 147 (1) (a) and (b) of the Act, the rules for ascertaining whether a name is identical with another name are the rules set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6.
(2) For paragraph 147 (1) (c) of the Act, a name is unacceptable for registration under the regulations if it is unacceptable under the rules set out in Part 2 of Schedule 6.
